Mental Health Impact Of Coronavirus Pandemic; World Without Sports

The efforts to curb the spread of the coronavirus has led Gov. Mike DeWine and Ohio Department of Health Director,  Dr. Amy Acton, to virtually shut down everyday life for Ohioans.

Sidelined for now are many of the activities and outlets that people use for stress relief. What impact will the ongoing pandemic restrictions take on mental health and how do you cope now?

We will talk to a mental health professional for strategies to help you and your loved ones navigate the pandemic.

Then, in other times of national crisis we have had sports to turn to give us a break from stress. That's not true this time. Plus, the latest from the state and Congress as leaders seek to help workers and businesses.
